  • Kuvaus: Petrakis and Pavlaras (Vasilis Avlononitis and Mimis Fotopoulos) are two organ-grinders who see that their job cannot support them any longer in Athens and decide to go to the countryside. One day, while they are at the Panagias Plataniotisas religious festival, they meet a pretty and kind-hearted young woman named Keti. (Jenny Karezi) The girl is desperate because she has just run away from home. Her father, who is a rich shipowner wants her to marry a middle-aged friend of his, while she is in love with Dimitris, a poor clerk. Although the two good-hearted organ-grinders learn that her father is offering a large reward to anyone who finds his daughter, they ignore the money and try to find ways to help the young woman marry the person she loves. They finally manage to reconcile the couple with the young woman’s father.
